Although it is a country with a strong heritage of pastoral animal husbandry, Mongolia is facing development challenges in order to occupy own status in rapidly progressing world such as develop livestock sector to make more productive thus process products to meet international health standards based on modern technology progress.

Mongolian meat product is considered as one of purest and cheapest originated from fresh and organic pastureland. But we need to produce high quality meat having competitiveness in international level and develop value-added processing, so herders can generate more income further contribute to the country’s economy.

Therefore we should target not only two neighbors but Middles East and South Asian countries. Although the total number of livestock exceeds 66 million heads, it cannot provide least portion of the meat demand as a result of world’s population growth. So we need to produce value-added products from organic pastoral livestock meat.

That’s why we are aiming to build agricultural cluster including feedlot complex and meat processing plant with HACCP standard intended to produce value-added healthy meat products and increase meat export volume.

Also our goal is to contribute to local economy by creating jobs and increasing export and we are working with inspiration to provide high quality, healthy meat products to consumers across the world.
